The push-flow aerator is composed of a dedicated high-speed motor, an intake chamber, an intake pipe, a impeller, and other components. The high-performance motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum low-pressure area in the intake chamber. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the air is drawn in through the intake pipe and fully mixed with the water body. Finally, the impeller rotates at high speed to generate a powerful axial thrust and radial stirring force, breaking the inhaled air into very fine bubbles and pushing them horizontally into the water body. This action impacts, stirs, and propels the water flow, accelerating the diffusion and mixing of the air bubbles into the water body, allowing the oxygen in the air to be fully dissolved and absorbed, thereby improving the
oxygen transfer efficiency and achieving the purpose of oxygen supply. When the aerator operates in water, its basic functions are not only to maximize oxygenation but also to push the water flow from the bottom to the surface or the water surface, generating very fine bubbles. These bubbles are pushed by the propeller, prolonging their stay time in the water and not floating to the surface within a short period of time, thus improving the oxygen transfer efficiency and achieving a high oxygen transfer rate. It can produce sufficient dissolved oxygen and fully aerate the water body. In the process of water body stirring, oxygenation, and water flow continuous circulation, organic matter, microorganisms, and oxygen are fully mixed and contacted. The concentration of organic matter is rapidly reduced to the lowest value due to dilution. It effectively removes BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), colored and odorous organic matter, nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus), turbid colloids, and soluble inorganic salts. It also has the dual functions of aerobic aeration and anaerobic stirring, which can accelerate water body circulation and remove organic matter that has been left in the water for a long time and is not prone to decomposition. It also has the functions
of pre-aeration, deodorization, preventing anaerobic decomposition of sewage to release bubbles, and accelerating the separation of oil in the sewage. It also has the functions of pre-aeration, deodorization, preventing sewage from anaerobic decomposition and releasing bubbles, and accelerating the separation of oil in the sewage.
