Heat Pump Principle
Based on the basic principle of the reverse Carnot cycle, the liquid refrigerant continuously cycles between gas and liquid phases within a closed loop system. During the phase changes, the working fluid releases and absorbs heat. The released heat is used to heat and evaporate the feed liquid, while the absorbed heat comes from the secondary steam generated by the evaporation of the feed liquid. By utilizing both the hot and cold sides of the energy, the system achieves feed liquid concentration, solvent evaporation, and solvent recovery.

Vacuum Heat Pump Crystallizer
Combining the energy efficiency of heat pump technology with the advantages of vacuum concentration/crystallization, this system uses a heat pump process for heating and features a built-in spiral agitation system.
It is specifically designed for the evaporation and concentration of aqueous solutions, enabling the
concentration and crystallization of high-viscosity and heat-sensitive materials. It is an energy-efficient and effective concentration/crystallization device.

Under vacuum negative pressure conditions (around -95 kPa), a spiral stirring scraper system is employed to specially treat high-salinity, high boiling point elevation, and high-viscosity materials, achieving solid-liquid separation and crystallization drying of the materials.
