LOW TEMPERATURE RESIDUAL HEAT SLUDGE DRYING SYSTEM
Low temperature residual heat sludge drying system uses industrial residual heat as heat source of energy
conversion system, converts hot water into heated air in an energy conversion system, heats and dries the
wet sludge. Sludge after initial dehydration will be transferred into the sludge drying machine through sludge
conveying system. The sludge will be discharged to the warehouse through sludge conveying system after
high temperature (65°C--80°C) drying. Saturated wet air is cooled (50℃-60℃）and dehumidificated in the
energy conversion system, it converts into high temperature dry air recycling use through energy conversion system.
