Vacuum Heat Pump Evaporator (FC)


1. Heat pump evaporation requires no steam and consumes less energy.
2. Vacuum evaporation is more suitable for materials with high hardness, high COD, oil content, and  
    heat sensitivity.
3. Vacuum evaporation avoids strong corrosion caused by high temperatures.
4. More suitable for materials with high boiling point elevation.
5. No need for large-scale infrastructure investment.

Application
Industrial Production
  • Heat-sensitive materials, antibiotics, vitamins, biological products (e.g., enzyme proteins), food additives, plant extracts, traditional Chinese Medicine concentrates, juice concentrates.
  • High value-added fine chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, high-end dyes, photosensitive materials, electronic chemicals (high-purity salts).
  • High boiling point elevation or high-viscosity solutions, such as polymer monomers, syrups (e.g., glucose, lactose), etc.
Environmental Protection and Resource Recovery
  • Chemical Wastewater: Pharmaceutical & Chemical MVR mother liquor, RO concentrate, zero liquid discharge (ZLD) mother liquor.

H. P. Principle

Based on the basic principle of the reverse Carnot cycle, the liquid refrigerant continuously cycles between gas and liquid phases within a closed loop system. During the phase changes, the working fluid releases and absorbs heat. The released heat is used to heat and evaporate the feed liquid, while the absorbed heat comes from the secondary steam generated by the evaporation of the feed liquid. By utilizing both the hot and cold sides of the energy, the system achieves feed liquid concentration, solvent evaporation, and solvent recovery.
