Programmed automatic chamber filter press is a kind of efficient solid-liquid separation equipment,
which is suitable for different users through the combination of hydraulic system and automatic control system, with reasonable structural design of each component and simple connection.
The automatic chamber filter press adopts the integrated design and manufacture of machine, electricity and liquid, and is capable of realizing the processes of automatic pressing, washing, blowing back, blowing off, loosening, pulling plate, taking plate, rinsing and so on, which are controlled by the electric control cabinet and carried out in accordance with the procedures set by the PLC programmable logic controller.
PROCESS FLOW
1. Pressing the filter plate: manual operating system: control button to start the motor and hydraulic pump, the operating valve so that the piston rod to move forward to promote the pressure plate. When the hydraulic system pressure reaches the rated value, quickly tighten the screw on the lock nut , and stop the pump to achieve the screw pressure.
2. Automatic pressure maintaining system: Turn on the power to start the oil spring, rotate the ‘manual/automatic’ button to the automatic position, wait for the oil pump to rotate normally after pressing the‘ filter plate compression’ button, the piston pushes the compression plate to press the filter plate.
Feed filtration: In the pressure state, check the pipelines, valves (such as the feed pipe, the outlet pipe, etc.) of the closed status, confirm that there is no error and slowly open the feed valve. The slurry enters the filter chamber through the feeding holes on the filter plate, and the pressure filtration is realized under the specified feeding pressure (the feeding pressure must be controlled within the specified pressure ran.
