Working Theory
The high-speed rotating electrons cause the air suspension bearing to generate air buoyancy, using the air around the high speed rotor instead of the lubricating oil.
When the blower starts, the rotor first rotates at a high speed, rotating to more than 6 thousand to 10 thousand rotations, compressed air film is generated between the rotor and the air foil bearing, so that the rotor is suspended.
Before the rotor is suspended, there is friction between the rotor and the air foil bearing, so the air suspension blower has to experience two frictions during the start and stop process.
When the take-off speed is reached, the air bearing and shaft are contactless and frictionless. The rotor is directly connected with the impeller of the blower to realize the transmission of gas with a certain pressure and flow.
It is a high efficiency and energy saving and environmental friendly blower. It has many advantages, such as energy saving, low noise level, oil free, reliable performance, easily operation and maintenance, and semi permanent ser- vice life.

Key Technology
Auto Control System
The control system uses motor and VFD to control the rotary speed, PLC adjusts the flow rate and pressure automaticly, to realize the best economic operation condition in the blower's working range.
Control system could test the rotary speed, pressure, flow rate, temperature by itself. It has the function to anti-surge, alarm and automatic shutdown. The control board is easily for operation.
High Efficiency Centrifugal Impeller
1. It uses ternary flow theory design and specification optimization, to realize maximize efficiency, and wide area of operation.
2. The impeller is using high strong wrought aluminum or titanium alloy, better performance in anti-deformation, light weight, and smaller cost is electric power.
3. The impeller is machined by five axis CNC machining centers, precision machined impeller, with high strength, high aerodynamic efficiency, low abrasion. And impeller has passed anti-corrosion treatment.
4. Each model's impeller we designed has passed long term bench tect, to ensure its high and reliable aerodynamic efficiency. The variable efficiency of impeller could reach 85%, and have passed 115% speeding test.
5. Using VFD control method, cancel guide vane adjustment, smaller starting current, wider range of blower's adjustment range.
6. Impeller and shaft connected directly, the motor power transmission efficiency reach up to 100%.

The blower is installed in a relatively clean and dry indoor area with sufficient space to ensure air circulation. Do not install the blower outdoors or exposed to rain, snow, and humidity. If the above conditions are not available, please consult our company before installation.
