All valves comply with MSS-SP-70, ANSI B16.10, and ANSI B16.1.

Bronze trim valves are recommended for steam, water, air, and noncorrosive oil and gas.

All iron valves are recommended for oil, gas or fluids that corrode bronze, but not iron or steel.
