To meet the concentration and drying requirements for ultra-high concentration mother liquors in the industrial sector, this system combines vacuum evaporation technology with a scraper-type structure.
Under vacuum negative pressure conditions (around -95kPa), a spiral stirring scraper system is employed to specially treat high-salinity, high boiling point elevation, and high-viscosity materials, achieving solid-liquid separation and crystallization drying of the materials. With an innovative heat exchange structure and intelligent dynamic interlock control, the system maximizes energy
savings while achieving material crystallization, helping enterprises reduce energy consumption.
Application
Industrial Production
- Treatment of high-concentration, heat-sensitive active substances such as enzymes, antibiotics, vitamins, and probiotics (which are prone to protein denaturation or antibiotic deactivation at high temperatures);
- Handling of high-viscosity or easily crystallized mother liquors, such as polysaccharides and organic acids (where high temperatures can significantly increase viscosity or cause coking and blockage).
- Vacuum evaporation at low temperatures (35–50), minimizing scale formation
- High-efficiency vacuum jet system with continuous discharge, low maintenance cost, and low noise
- Energy efficiency ratio (COP) up to 9–10
- Steam spiral filtration system with built-in steam purification and reflux structure, removingover 95% of free organic matter and free water; zero heavy metals in discharge; COD reduction in discharge is 70% better than traditional vacuum evaporators, resulting in superior water quality
- VIFLUTER patented vacuum tank design
- No buffer tank required; direct feed into crystallization process
- Spiral discharge system enables deep crystallization and discharge of dry solid materials
