DDX type automatic cleaning filter function and use:
DDX series electric sucking type self-cleaning filter for wastewater treatment process, steel factory, power plant slag water flow and cooling water, and water in the paper making process, chemical production process and so on some occasions of high filtration accuracy, is used to filter out impurities and suspended by fine particles, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system, is a superfine filter; filtration precision up to 10 micron;

DDX type automatic cleaning filter equipment structure and working principle:
DDX series electric suction type self-cleaning filter adopts high strength stainless steel filter screen, which has the characteristics of large processing capacity, long service life and high cleaning efficiency. The main principle is when the water flows through the filter cylinder flow will produce pressure difference with the filter, the pressure will rise, when the pressure reaches 0.05MPa, will automatically start cleaning, install a sucking scanner on the filter mesh, the scanner driven by a motor winding filter for spiral movement, scanner suction mouth close to the inner surface of the filter without touching the screen, when the system pressure relief sewage, contact with the inner part of a filter screen relative pressure below the negative pressure zone lateral water pressure, forcing some clean circulating water suction nozzle inside the cartridge outside, absorbing particles adsorption on the screen with the water flow into the suction nozzle and the outflow from the drain valve, the cleaning process for 50-60 seconds, the whole cleaning process flow.

DDX- C Working Principle
DDX-C series filter is fitted with a front primary strainer to avoid sucking nozzle blocked. The water flows into the primary strainer through the inlet. The bigger particles were intercepted in the outer of the primary strainer . The filtered water flows towards the two-stage fine strainer then the smaller impurity particles were intercepted inside the fine strainer. The filtered water flows out through water outlet .
The pressure differential will generate once the dirts accumulated on the inwall of finefilter. When the pressure difference reach to the pre-set value, the controller will send out indicating signal of opening blowoff valve and starting
scanner,sucking nozzel.
Then the system start decompressing& blow off dirts, a stream of strong backwash water generated and flow towards atmosphere through blowoff valve. It generates suctions inside sucking nozzle.The sucking nozzle removes
the inwall dirts by means of suction and eliminates the dirts through blowoff valve.The scanner keeps rotary and axial moving simultaneously to insure the cleanliness of strainer.
It'll take 8s~25s for one self-cleaning cycle without interruption of water flow and the lossof water is few. Once self-cleaning process finished, the valve closed and the scanner moved back automatically . The next self-cleaning cycle will start according to the system programming and repeat the above steps.
