General Test and Checks
a) The following tests and verification should be performed in the order described before activating the system. Upon completion of these tests and verification, proceed to the instructions for start-up.
b) Fill the following systems with water: Media Filters.
c) Release air from the top of the media vessels using the appropriate accessories.
d) Perform backwash on the media filters.
Start-up
The initial start-up of the system is performed manually. After various adjustments are made, it will be possible to operate the system automatically.
First System Operation
Wash the filters, one at a time, till the filtered water will be clean, direct the wash flow to the drain. Open the outlet valve.
